My usual partner has dropped out due to Wales being rainy or something?

Ideally I suppose I'd like a super fit, bike mechanic who is so insecure that he must carry ALL the kit in his pack. But on the other hand I'd have to keep up with the sod so scratch that plan.

I live in the North East of England someone living vaguely near would be good.
