Tyre of choice for North York Moors ?

Never rode this area before, what can I expect, mud and bog, forest tracks etc. etc.

Also, any clues as to what the weather will be doing ?

Fairly varied. Moorland tracks, peat, forest road, tarmac, dry, wet. I'll be using Schwalbe fast freds if the weather is dry, or maybe Spesh Dirt Masters

Im using the same old 1.6 Kona "Rush Hour" tyres, which are semi-street tyres and are very fast on a hard surface as you ride on the central ridge.
