Firstly a big Thank You to all concerned for a great weekend, it was good of Graham to bring all the sunshine back with him from Dubai.

Secondly. We hope all the 9am starts enjoyed the entertaintment at the start grid up courtesy of my riding partner who was definately the worse for wear.
The answer is YES he did throw up , even before we reached the give out..... Alcohol is a great leveller, I could just about keep up with him..

Pictures will be posted on a website as proof and a link posted here as soon as we get them back.

A really great event. Top awards for the band and the adequate provision of portaloos! Thanks.

Thank you organisers, it was a very well organised and enjoyable event. We had great time especially the added entertainment for 9am starters.

Another excellent event - many thanks.

Two events in a row with excellent weather! What's going on?

The views from check point 3 on Ruddland Rigg and from the old Rosedale railway line were fantastic.

The electronic scoring system seems to have matured now to an excellent system for riders and (presumably) organisers alike. The only losers being those unscrupulous teams who used to take it in turns to do the out and return check point legs!

Sorry I missed the prize giving - snoozing in the shade after a hot ride!

Thanks again!

You spent time looking at the view? Too relaxed by half. It was good, wasn't it.

A great weekend, first time event for my son and I, Enjoyed every minute of it, the atmosphere and friendlyness of all made it even better.

Steve Heading having a chat before the start, and a Hi, part way through just goes to show what a great sport it is.

Dan now wants to do ALL the events at the TCA national weekend and he's looking at new bikes in the mags !!!

A big thanks to all involved,

I echo the sentiments that it was a great weekend. I really enjoyed the riding and the challenge, despite cycling eight hours on a singlespeed bike after my rear mech hanger broke 3 hours into Saturday.
I've ordered another one (and a spare) so I'll be prepared for next time!

As per all the above, a superb event, fantastic weather and atmosphere. Even my one year old daugther enjoyed it, come to think of it I think she`d have got more points than me!

Forgot to mention this the first time round. During the event my riding partner developed numerous problems with his 2002 model marin attack trail, basically the front forks lost air and the hope disc brakes were continously rubbing, suffice to say he was not a happy bunny! Has anyone any suggestions as to a decent bike shop in the south yorks area (however he is prepared to travel)that is clued up enough to sort this without the staff standing and looking at the bike drawing sharp intakes of breath and stating "this is gonna cost ya guv".
Before you ask, he has taken it to the original shop (a large and very well known one with branches everywhere)and they have never managed to sort it. Help!
